By now almost everyone has heard of the IDEO methodology Design Thinking, which can be used to facilitate the design of product, service, or process innovations from a user-centric perspective. Come and play with two of the seven steps in the classic Design Thinking process: DEFINE (in which we articulate a challenge through the “How Might We” statement) and TEST (in which we create small experiments to test a tiny slice of a solution).

For each step, we will also discuss how to apply the concepts and techniques to other facilitation challenges.
